Tutzing, Germany
The Gratefully Acoustic Band explore the Grateful Dead catalogue and 1970s Americana through acoustic arrangements, vocal harmonies and improvisation. Guitars, mandolin, acoustic bass and percussion give familiar songs and lesser-known favourites an intimate, rootsy feel, with room for the music to take a different direction at each show.
The band features Jay Ottaway and Clayton Halsey on acoustic guitar and vocals, Stephan Braun on acoustic bass and vocals, and Matthias Peter on percussion.
